How to Make Healthy Lactation Cookies

I’m really excited to share this recipe! Before I got pregnant, I remember finding recipes for lactation cookies for friends and I had a hard time finding recipes that were actually healthy lactation cookies.

This recipe is based on my healthy oatmeal cookies – which are so easy and delicious

For these cookies, you will start by making your own throat eggs by whisking the ground lakeside and water together. Prepare two baking sheets by spraying with cooking spray or coating with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, combine your dry ingredients
1 oat
2 oat flour
3 baking soda
4 baking powder
5 cinnamon
6 salt
In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients together
1 oil
2 sugar
3 flaxseed egg 4 vanilla extract until smooth.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just Mixed. Gently stir in the chocolate chips.
Roll out a tablespoon of flour and a cookie about two inches apart on a baking sheet. Press each cookie slightly with a fork to increase the shape of the cookie. Cook for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cookies will look a little soft but will not bake or become too crisp. Enjoy healthy lactation cookies

Refrigerate in an airtight container for 10 days or in the freezer for 3 months.
